Roy D. Neal, former CEO of Motley Rice Law firm, one of the nation’s premier civil litigation law firms, has managed offices across the country – including the home office here in Mt. Pleasant. After managing the law firm for several years, Roy established RD Neal Property Management in 2010.

In his current role, Roy supervises the company’s finances, client relations, and day-to-day operations. A lifelong resident of Mt. Pleasant, Roy has countless contacts in the Greater Charleston Tri-County area, and these deeply-rooted connections fuel his passion to serve RDN’s clients. For the past 7 years, Roy has served the broader community as both Chairman/Vice Chairman of the Mt. Pleasant Planning Commission and co-chair of the charitable organization, Toys for Tots-Christmas Day Delivery.

During moments of respite, Roy enjoys spending time at home with his two beloved dogs, golfing with friends, and pursuing his latest role at El Jefe Texican Cantina @ 468 King Street, the downtown Charleston restaurant he partnered in establishing in May 2018.
